If you are in the mood for something different, the nightly buffet offers Italian, Mexican, BBQ, Prime Rib and of course, Caribbean fare. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful lagoon surrounded by colorful plants and flowers, providing a true island setting. For early risers who have a day of leisure activities planned, a full breakfast buffet is served each morning until noon.

GREATER ORANJESTAD. Mango's specializes in the sunny cuisine of the islands: tropical fruits, coconut and zesty spices are used in virtually every dish. Menu highlights include Caribbean marinated chicken with port wine sauce, pan-fried apple rings and toasted almonds; butter sautéed shrimp with coconut cream and fresh shredded coconut and a splash of Malibu rum; Caribbean marinated pork tenderloin with cranberry sauce and raisins; catch of the day Aruban-Creole style or with garlic butter sauce. On Tuesdays, Mango's hosts an all-you-can-eat barbecue dinner followed by a festive Aruban dance show.

Add in an Aruban sunset and this is about as romantic a place as you'll ever see. At dinner, the menu focuses on Spanish-influenced Continental cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Sunday brunch is an amazing production, with stations devoted to cooked-to-order eggs, Belgian waffles, seafood, sushi, roasted meats, pasta, fruits and salads, donuts and desserts, and make-your-own ice cream sundaes. It's achieved legendary status, so make reservations well in advance!
