When you enter you will ascend a spiral staircase to the bar and the dance floor. A colorful mural of cactuses against the clear blue Aruban sky decorates the premises. Some nights you'll find fellow tourists crooning out karaoke tunes, other nights DJs spin hip hop, electronica and top 40. When the dance floor gets a bit too crowded for your tastes, step out onto the terrace for a breath of fresh air and a bit of stargazing, or find a seat to catch a game or music video on one of the big screen TVs.

DJs spin disco, house and hip-hop with a healthy dose of reggae, reggaeton, dance hall and dub to an energetic crowd of locals and tourists. Although within fairly close proximity to the port, this spot is frequented more by the locals than the cruise visitors. Take advantage of the wonderful beach with excellent swimming, pool with swim-up bar, and a good restaurant with reasonable prices. Stay for the evening and enjoy the "Monday night movies on the beach" where first-run movies are shown for $3.00 per person. You get a lounge chair, the bar is open and the movie is displayed on a large screen right on the beach. What more could you ask for?

GREATER ORANJESTAD. This festive bar is painted with bright tropical colors and features a parrot mural on the ceiling. The crowd is an international mix of Dutch and Latin American visitors dancing to the Latin tunes or chatting as they sip an exotic cocktail from a coconut.
